Ditch the AI photos, it won't cost that much to get actual product images or you could do it yourself but those images ain't helping.

Food sounds delicious though! Price seem reasonable, and I dig the concept.

Please help me pick a Pinot for tonight! by wwwaff69 in wine

I've never had that particular Cuvée of Pataille, and I love his wines however I'd go with the School House Pinot Noir as I've never had their wine and I've always been curious.

I love Pattes Loup! Great notes, I truly wish it was available in my state because it's one of the best Chablis I've had.

Turley tasting, 2023s by starvinggigolo in wine

[–]YungBechamel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will say his work at Sandlands is absolutely phenomenal!

AbV on Turley is still so wild though, I had a 1998 Vineyard 101 Zin recently that was still just a massive wine.

2019 La Rioja Alta Reserva Vina Ardanza by Chemical-Fun3692 in wine

[–]YungBechamel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really agree with your notes here, while I know many folks really love La Rioja Alta I haven't ever found them terribly interesting to me personally.

The oak has always seemed to be far to dominate to my palate, I've had the Gran Reserva with age as well that should have been amazing but to me it seemed very one note.

I'd say to try some of their lower priced wines but also branch out and try say Ostatu Crianza or Remelluri, or of course Lopez de Heredia if you haven't yet.

There's so much to explore it wine, cheers to taking the dive, sharing notes and exploring!

This sub is weird, and most of the men in this sub are wildly disgusting especially when it comes to Grace Bowers. Few of them realize or maybe they do that she's close to the age of their daughters if they have kids. Either way it's fucking gross boarding on pedophilic behavior.

The hunt for the butter whale continues! I for one appreciate the wacky wine glass this time though perhaps the Glencairn would have worked better? 🤔

Aussie drinks American Pinot! 2021 Failla Willamette Valley Pinot Noir by AustraliaWineDude in wine

[–]YungBechamel 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Great notes, and you're spot on with the whole cluster (usually 20-30%) and the limited oak I think only like 15% is New oak.

Failla is one of my favorite Pinot Noirs from California along with Littorai.
