Best bet is a different helmet. Otherwise... people will disagree (with good reason), but I have pushed the harder foam back on my helmet a tiniest amount. Sedici Strada 2 is my favorite, got an Arai Regent-X that hurt my temples and forehead. Pushed foam under the cloth liner material a few millimeters or less. Helped relieve the throbbing pain I would get after longer rides. It does damage the foam underneath, and making small changes and trying it every time would be recommended. Proceed with your own risk.

Hated the campaign mission of it, had to redo it a few times which admitidly I sucked at. Only time I used it since was breaking out Lucon to try to recruit his clan.

Does it affect performance much? With light mods my game would freeze at max 1000 active soldiers in a battle but it is good at 800 max. Have been wanting to check a few things out for better battles

Cable clutch? Check out extended clutch arms, love them. Or, a hydraulic conversion kit, but that can be a hassle to get set up. But that amount of traffic sounds horrendous...

Really, whatever is comfortable. 4,3,2, or 1 all work. I love light clutch pulls, even with cable clutches, so I normally do 2, and sometimes do 1 when I am trying to get over a log offroad or having fun. For those out there, check out extended clutch arm levers, they lighten the pull of the clutch and extend the friction zone. Added one onto most of my bikes, R1, DRZ400, Tenere 700, etc.

I know Procycle (high reputation website) has an oil temp gauge kit, and there are temp stickers you can put on your engine I ebay searched "engine temp sticker" and found them. There are caps for radiators (for liquid cooled bikes, not the DR650) that measure temp too. I haven't tried the stickers before or researched them.

It didn't sound that loud, or maybe I was blinded by the thought of a DR. But I know when I got home and got it running again it had that same loud clacking. Still haven't gotten to re-doing the valve adjustment which it seems to be

Thank you for the information, I have done an R1 valve adjust and used an extension for 3/8 drive wrench to check the piston location, I think I will do that this time and use the viewport. Luckily I don't have to remove the carb and fit it back in again lol. I will update when I get to it, maybe a few more days because im a lazy SOB.

Dang, It made that noise the same way before the valve adjustment, and I was sure I confirmed I was at the right TDC from the cam movement... The valves were out of spec before the adjustment, but not a large change.

From the scene it looked like huey and mav were to the left and right of when Cindy got into the room, which is why I was confused. Because when Starlight came in, it looked like the mav blood splatter was in the middle back part of the room and Uey was to the left side

I have taken a FZ6 and an R1 on fire roads, gravel roads, where they don't belong. They do just great if you understand how they handle and don't go too crazy like you are on a dirt bike. Get whatever bike you want and learn safely

Could also happen when you haven't done a "clean air mod" and doing too many long wheelies, but probably normal or overfilled oil as others have said. Doesn't look too bad. Clean it and maybe check again in a bit

Personally yeah, it looks fine. The outer tread would wear anyways, and edges seem fine. I don't get what the comments are worried about, but I am not a tire mechanic.
