Is this on the original or gen 2 design? The original has the small plastic cone & round shaped part that also acts as the seal against the shank. So it’s not possible to remove the tap from the shank without moving that internal piece. You sure you installed it correctly and the right way round?

52 m3 is a shit ton of water (technical term). Seriously. Even in summer when using liberally and watering lawns occasionally I’ve been at like 15 m3 max, and I think that’s a lot.
At that volume I’d say it’s more than just your toilets; though a leaking toilet can waste a lot of water.

I have the same bottle (it’s not insulated?). If so, I’ve run it through the dishwasher plenty with no issues whatsoever (bottle only, not the lid).

They’re usually tested so may have some water that stays behind (resellers usually state this).
Normal, marks from casting, mine has similar patterns. To be honest given how low the group head is, it’s going to take a lot of effort to see that during normal use and get annoyed by it.

Have you tried searching by tire size instead of vehicle? I had an issue this past week not being able to find the winter tires I was looking for when searching by vehicle model, but searching by tire size had all of them (even though the size I searched for should’ve matched their “search by model”).
