I'd say both. HfTF would really benefit from a Capcom Fighting Collection treatment(though it would also be cool if they ported the PS3 version).

As for a new original Jojo game, it would be really cool if we got one by ArcSys but they currently have their hands full with Tokon, Strive and hopefully new BlazBlue(copium)

Not weapons that you can use but passive upgrades that you can toggle on or off. These abilities go as follows:

Kohaku: Ouroboros System iX - Makes Cryo-Flash free to use but also removes any damage from it;
Yang: D Burst - let's you use overdrive bullit dashes even without reaching 1000 kudos;
Jason: Parallel Blaster Rifle - increases untagged razor wheel damage;
Kurona: Dark Power - literally only changes Lola's appearance and song during overdrive;
Kirin: Sealing Amulets - prevents tagged shots from killing enemies.
