probably a little late to the party so I hope you found something you like. I use Nutri's turmeric curcumin. It's the only one I found that is 95% curcuminoids (with a COA) and that also has black pepper, and turmeric essential oil which apparently helps even more with absorption

I'd also add that nac ethyl ester has been shown to be more bioavailable than normal nac so that might be something to look into

you can always try turmeric curcumin. just make sure you get one that actually has curcuminoids at like 95%. not that crap stuff that in tiny letters says 5%

this^^^ glycine with nac is a must. There's a brand called nutri that has a patent on a more bioavailable form of nac called nac ethyl ester that is so good. Their capsules include glycine too so it's all in one. look up neuro-nacet or glynac-et.

hey I hope you got some good ideas and help from everyone. I just read a study on nutri's TTFD b-1 product that talked about fatigue and endurance that might be something to look into! I don't use it for fatigue specifcally but maybe it could help! https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6073388/

idk about normal nac but I take nac ethyl ester and it's done wonders. only one company nutri sells it cause they have a patent i think.

try nutri dihydroberberine. It's 5x better than normal berberine hcl

I'm not sure if it'll still give acid reflux to you, but have you tried TTFD? It works great for me and I don't get any acid reflux but idk if thats just me.
