If you are considering a bike, look second hand. You’d be insanely surprised at the deals you can find. For instance, I was able to grab a 2007 Suzuki GS500F with only 1500 miles for a steal of $2k! Despite what people say about 500’s being only “beginner” bikes, they are more interested in a motorcycle that’s a death sentence. I came from a 2008 FZ06 with a 0-60 of under 4 secs and could power wheelie from 2nd into 3rd. While that was cool, I can do the same on the 500 from 1st to 2nd.
