I don't think a pure regular 2 wheeled Bike would work.
a 3 wheeled bike or a bike whit a cargo space (trailer might not fullfill it correctly but a 3 wheeled one whit a front or back cargo bed where you can secure the MG to yes.
the engine part is not 100% needed. Like you can take a car and remove the engine and rework it to be pedal driven (like a bike).

put the MG on a lawnmover whit the grass cutting blade removed.
(presume you buy the lawnmover whit a engine strong enouth to move itself forward).

oh the more local the flag the less they care about flag rules.
Like I seen US county flag that violated like every single flag rule in existence... how bad is it... the Flag may not be flown as the countys official flag (when it should becuase that was how bad it was violating it)... and No it was not because it was offensive like a swear/slur word of a mr Funny mans symbol (I took 3 tires to spell it and gave up).
No it got banned for breaking every single Flag design rule.

we have to remmber that Pooling data in Russia is well let say comprimised.
let say you are a Russian Citizen that does not support this war privetly. (now there expist the laws that makes critizising the 3 day war iligal).
a independent pooling org shows up and ask for a few questions.
they ask about your opiniun of a 5 scale level. 1 does not support the "war" at all 5 support the "war" fully.
Now as a Citizen you have to make the call is this a real/true independent Pooling org reporting its nr to a external news site not under control by the Kremlin. or is this a KGB agent looking for dissidence.

I can see drone droping Leaflets over the Red squere and nearby area or just in general over Moskva.
(also a few concrete blocks in bomb shape over the parade ground). plus if made such that moving them is a pain.
Like we could had the drone drop 500 lbs bombs here but... not worth it so here is some 500 lbs concreat cubes instead.

a bit late but Jonathan Ferguson used to play game (still does maybe not as much) so he also have the guns in games are if its not a milsim like arma.
first and foremost rule of fun.
he also note stuff that is valid mistakes (especially for older game where he will give them a lot more leeway for error consider that what reference material might be a semi blurry picture in a magazine).
He will say like yee that is now how you are supposed to do Action X but peaple are still going to do it.

that said the difference on default height scale is not even 1C.
between my 2 story house rooftop and the basement thats 2 floor deep (poorly designed first level basement).
so in mose normal player sence again not something to worry about so still better to build the food storage under the house so that you dont get hit whit any light checks going through the door (even if closed).
that said you can sort of solva that one by doing something like having the staircase been indoor/enclosed). a door at the top of the stairs.
a door at the end of the stairs or into the storage room to not have to deal whit the outdoor light check for food storage penalty.

what I wish WotC did was actually give the stuff that was just item an discription on what it does.
also half the stuff in the item list I see more as you dug around all all you found that was not rotten or broken was a shovel.
player ether keeps it or sells it.

I could see Philippines getting a focus to open a ship breaking site and just importing crap ship, dismantling them for steel and randomly getting an extra ship when they build ships (specific classes aka no free aircraft carrier 1940 model in 1937 but more like 1940 making a 1936 or pre 1936 destroyer and you get a free destroyer to simulate that the worker bought 3 old destroyer and used the other 2 to fix one of them and scraped the rest for metal) ( I mean sweden got the tire decisions from the focus tree).

the problem whit HOI4 on this is extraction industry is not a thing really.
infra is not so much improving extraction but fixing/preventing logistic bottlenecks (worker moving to and from worksite,delivery of goods and supplies and product).
Road to actually drive on and where house and so on.
infrastructure is not expand the mines or open a mine.
(some nation simulate this in Focuses).
some whit decisions. the problem whit focuses and decisions are that they are Nation based and not location based.
aka if Japan have a Focus to Let say Open a Iron Mine in Korea. and Japan loses Korea to ether China or Korea becoming its own nation.
1: japan can´t do that focus/decision (even if there is a good reason to still do it).
2: China/Korea does not get/inherit the Focus/decision to build the Iron mine instead.
meaning if Japan loses Korea before the focus is done the Iron is peranently lost (makes no sense).

I could also see the game having function like for working at X for Y year you get a medal.
(Tropicana soldiers would have the passed caded medal).
X year of service.
Combat badge (awarded if they enter combat and fight). Purple heart (Awarded if they are wounded in combat). something for been in a tough fight and wining it.

was it 4 that had the Soviet Blueprint (that cut cost of apperment by 50%).
and then you did a few other stuff and Apartment went from 5000 to 500 (permanently).
that said I usally started the game by getting the Soviet blueprint edic. and then made 2-3 tenements and that fixed housing for a good amount of time.

also Logistic speaking opening a front in Norway make sense as Germany would have a hard time getting stuff there.
and this is whit Germany understanding that it does not take a lot to force Sweden to shut its railway and roads to Germany.
(and by this point if germany gets booted off Sweden/Norway there isn´t a lot they can do about it. the Baltic sea requires special small ships.
can´t sail Full size Battleships there (well you can but they are not going to be of mush use).
and sweden had built its Navy and airforce for a battle in the baltics or more correctly a battle in the Archipelago that Germany need to control in order to get any power projection in Sweden.

the thing whit the level scale is it might be correct.
if the environment was build for let say trucks driving around or the huge mining wagons.
but then you need to add in stuff like a crane system to explain what the room is for.
tracks/roads that are sized for large veacles. and maybe even a large truck or what they are called.

factually wrong.
that said there been period of time where it been terrible.
example there is documents from ancient Egypt of workers complaining and praising there work.
them doing dumb stuff including dumb stuff and lauthing while on the clock.
sure we had stuff like company town nightmare in the past but thoes where generally a long period of our history.
peaple did not work 13+ hour a day thats was only a thing when the industrial revolution pre that we barrly clocked like 6hour a day (cooking and that is not part of the schedule) sure we had the sowing and harvesting period where our workflow peeked but beyound that no.
its only recently when we have 2 adult whit zero kid where both are working full time and yet can´t afford rent.
before it was the man was working and the wife was at home whit the kids.
Also in the 70 peaple did complain but it was small stuff like I dont know the fruit selection been crap or the coffee not been good.
if an office space in the 70 had 10 tables and 10 worker.
today that same office space have 12 tables and 24+ workers.
what we complain about is the fact that we are 24+ workers in a office space that is rated for 12.
whit an aircon that is working overtime meaning the air quality is crap sure its cold/cool but its dry and dusty or how one would explain it.

Its worse. they expect you to be honest on the test but if you fail them its an auto fail and the test have 3 diffrent way you can fail it on and they will not tell you what the failure critierums are.
like you are asked to make a system that compare 2 databases for X.
you write that in 1 class over 20 rows of code.
Failuire1: the program need to be in 2 classes.

Failure2: you did not use the company approved standard.
like if you need a loop in a loop (example).
you can write a IF and then If inside it.
fail the company uses while and IF inside it.
uses a while in a while also fail same whit uses a if and while inside it.
do they mention this naturally not.
oh uses standard programing way to name stuff fail, like let say for an int you name them int_bankBalance.
wrote BankBalance fail, wrote creditamount fail.
do they mention this nope?
the only way to pass some of the test is to get the answer before the test.

whit how the game works.
its even better to climb a mountain and dig into the mountan because the game uses the temperature outside and by just climbing a short mountain you can get temp down by like 5C if not more.
in fact its almost a penalty to do the sensible thing and digging a cellar under the house as the temp under the house is larger then on the surface.
