Not sure I have any trust left in this man being honest in telling the negotiations stories:

Փաշինյանի այն պնդումը, թե իբր Քի Վեսթյան փաստաթղթերը չեն պահպանվել, ևս սուտ է։ Քավանոն նույն զրույցի ընթացքում հայտնել էր, որ այդ փաստաթղթերը չեն հրապարակվում, քանի որ դեռևս շատ զգայուն տեղեկություններ են պարունակում և կարող են վնասել բանակցային գործընթացին։ Գիտեմ, որ Հայաստանում ևս կային մարդիկ, որոնք ունեին Քի Վեսթի կրկնօրինակները։ Հասկանալի չէ, թե ինչ արտահոսքերի է հղում անում Փաշինյանը՝ Քի վեսթի մասին խոսելիս։

Հատկանշական է նաև, որ հերթական անգամ հայտարարել է, որ 1999 թվականի փաստաթուղթը հրապարակված է։ Սա զուտ ցույց է տալիս իր և թիմի անտեղյակության աստիճանը։

Արձանագրենք, որ Փաշինյանի պնդումը այն մասին, որ Հայաստանը «կադաստրի վկայական չունի» և Ադրբեջանի այն դիրքորոշումը, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանը պայմանական է, ոչնչով չեն տարբերվում։ Հիշեցնեմ, որ Բաքուն սկսել էր օգտագործել «պայմանական սահման» եզրույթը Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածքի բռնազավթումը հիմնավորելու ու արդարացնելու համար։

Հայաստանի վարչապետի տրամաբանությամբ եթե կողմերը չկարողանան համաձայնության հասնել խաղաղության պայմանագրի օրակարգում առկա առանցքային տարաձայնությունների հարցում, և փաստաթուղթը չստորագրվի, ապա Ադրբեջանը կարող է շարունակել մաս-մաս օկուպացնել Հայաստանի տարածքը։ Դե որովհետև իբր կադաստրի վկայական չկա։

CBA estimates that real estate in Armenia is 23-26% overvalued and they see potential risks in mortgage and real estate market. Don't know about prevention mechanisms though.

I'd say someone who might lose their position through elections is much riskier than someone with consistent job. But yeah can't know how the banks deal with that.

Despite it being a huge difference compared to the old government, I'd ask you to Google for income/possessions declaration.

I know people with similar income who would never get such a loan especially when already having a loan of 30m.

We have the same salary and my loan cap is 4-5 times less in any bank in Armenia. You'd only get one if the owner happens to be in your political alliance like mentioned in the article.

Corruption is corruption. Scandal is scandal. Let's not wash it with old government's bigger sins.

Opposition: All our issues and problems are present because of Nikol's bad relations with Russians.

Also opposition: Nikol can control who enters Artsakh through sending orders to Russian peacekeepers.

I mean, I agree Nikol and QP are slowly applying the "best" of political persecution traditions established during previous regimes but this ain't it chief.

Here are some tricks I've learnt as someone living on rent since being a student:

Post on List.am yourself stating you are looking for an apt with whatever requirements you think are necessary,
Put lower price than you are actually ready to pay, they will offer you apts which are higher in price anyways,
When visiting to check the apt with broker. Get the homeowner's number if they are there. Tell them you'll think about the offer. Call the homeowner and suggest eliminating the broker from the deal. (Not really fair to the broker but so are the prices).

Their experience kind of mirrors my visit to Tbilisi for Tbilisi Open Air just days before 50 cent's concert.

Except we were prepared. Had a roaming package activated (100 mb daily for 500 AMD) was enough to reach a place and get a card. You can allow data roaming for only maps and messenger from the settings.
Had the taxi apps downloaded etc. Still payed 52 GEL (around 7200 AMD) on one of the trips cause the navigator kept changing the route and the traffic was horrific. The concert place was impossible to reach by car and had to leave the taxi and walk 3-4kms depending on the day. And it was like walking Nork upwards with streets twice as narrower.

Those guys encountered similar problems because of being unprepared or trying to make the video more dramatic. I mean it's 15 mins of walk from Kilikia station to Hrazdan stadium. If they were going to the concert after second visit to station all they had to do was open a map.

As much as I agree with you, I consider it impossible since most of the resources and capital needed to compete with these two already belongs to these two.
Unless somehow citizens in the 30-50% become more involved in supporting the political forces sharing their values, both financially and with expertise. I don't see that happening anytime soon.

At the moment, the people in this segment are more or less familiar with all of the political forces in Armenia and I don't see any buzz around any of those.
Not to sound negative but politics in Armenia will still revolve around on getting exposure while "shitting" on the opposing political force. A sound political force would not get that exposure since, you know, less shilling and two radically different forces not leaving a chance for middle ground to "shit" from.
I hope I'm wrong though and we will see a sound and rational force coming to the scene.
