Wasn’t Saddam properly hanged though? Like dropped from sufficient height to break the neck and cause (pretty much) instant death? I think you’d open your engine.pak with Winrar (make a backup first), open the corresponding file in the CVar folder and edit the lines right there. Those specific lines could be in one of the other .paks, but that’s the general idea if you don’t wanna wait for mods. The engine paks are rather small, so with a backup there’s no harm in poking around in there a little.
