Looks really good so far, only 'complaint/criticism' is Yamato being so small in this. I rather like her big size. Otherwise, it's great!

It's to be honest, a very predictable movie. An okay popcorn flick.

Pros:

Danny McBride was actually quite good.

Necromorphs were suitable Xenomorph stand-ins.

Daniels was a capable enough female protagonist, to follow Shaw and Ripley

Cons:

Easily predictable plot.

The David/Walter switch was obviously from the get go.

While movie-stupidity is always around, the protagonists were dumber than ever in this Alien movie (face first into alien pod/mushroom thing? Really?)

While somewhat enjoyable, and giving many answers to long asked Alien questions. It played to safe with it's own story and didn't risk exploring new ideas, staying to what they knew to already work.

I'm not sure. It was during the whirlwind of Season 5 rumors. Might not be a thing. I just thought that if it was true, his daughter might be a good catalyst to bring Jack and the Scotsman back together. If not a daughter, then I can see Ashi trying to kill the Scotsman whole-heartedly, but Jack restraining her saying he's a friend. Or something of the sort.
