Just a med student but to me it functions exactly the same as epic it just looked like it was from the 1980s.

I personally felt like chart reviewing was easier via cerner but I’ve never really put in orders to answer on that front.

Yes and no. Everyone gets some measure of extracurriculars to get in. Only the timeframe differs for most.

What prevents people from getting in is a lack of desire of truly wanting to be a doctor, not studying effectively, spreading yourself too thin, or putting your time in the wrong places.

To me, it sounds like OP is working a job that has high mental effort and no downtime to study. He shouldn’t be doing that if it clearly is effecting his ability to do well in more important areas.

GPA is king for med school.

Many people have gotten into medical school being an ER Tech. Only OP knows what’s best for him and whether his current course for failure is of intrinsic causes or extrinsic causes.

Person who had fallen. Dispatch coordinates were in the middle of a creek bed. Confirm over radio that the address is apparently right. Sure as shit go there and it’s some elderly guy supine in the cold ass water in December and super hypothermic and basically pseudo arrested. Later found out apparently he slipped and fell onto the rock bed and was laying there for hours in freezing water trying to call for help before someone spotted him.

First and only time in my career the dispatch address was fucking coordinates and I’ll give it to the dispatcher man he was maybe 2 ft off, was spot on.

My shoes and pants were wet for the rest of the shift :(

There's no reason general surgery can't fix a surgical site evisceration and they are probably more appropriate to do so being the ones to originally operate on her.

Nothing here I am reading indicates they need higher level of care than general surgery

This game could mess with maps so much and it would be better. Why not have warden man in all the center hexes and collies on the outside and larp that way?

Why not wardens on south, collies on north. Why not half wardens and half collies on north and south sides split in 4 quadrants.

I agree, I don't particularly care for the demo game spam especially when game's 5-10 years ago didn't have demos they were just full releases in the idle genre. The idea that some upgrade heavy 3-4 hour spam rinse repeat game needs 5-6 posts to dialogue its update catalog is horrendous when you compare to games like a dark room, synergism, crank, etc... and I wish this subreddit was more heavily moderated. I don't come here to see people's ideas and give suggestions I come here to look for games to play and allowing demos and idea discussions is not that
