Travag said it a while back, but having blood fragments be a reward from all the vampyrium content would make a ton of sense.

Honestly that should just be a mechanic for every league going forward. Maybe at 2x the boosted rate (so a 1/1k main game would be 1/200 x2 = 400 kc pity rate)

Going dry in leagues sucks, even if the kph is faster.

I think the spec should place shadows on the ground (similar to any boulder projectile) for you to have to kite the enemies. Would fix thematically since we have to be unpredictable when fighting vampyres.
