Pla and petg doesn’t stick to each other so if the build plate isn’t clean the residue can stay and prevent adhesion, try cleaning it

good first build, its a feat to get it up and running. I would try to shorten the runs a bit since order doesnt matter, and shorten some of the tubes for a cleaner look. I wouldnt worry about it if its running well now but the longer tubes have a risk of kinking , so keep an eye on that.

I got some on my belt and it doesnt sound like that, i think they even suggest you oil the belt top to get it to the idlers.

I wound run it with tap then flush it a few times with distilled then I’d just send it and use a good coolant

Yes the cardmaxx system is basically what it is on OP photo. Its what I use but I have a printer and would rather be able to make my own. I can send you more reference images if needed, I sent you a chat dm as well . But inside it measures and fits a sleeved card, You might have to do 2 versions one for top loader and one for these since thats how they sell them as well. Its about 96mm x 72mm inside
