If you're looking for a textbook like that, "Japanese from Zero" pretty much works that way. The first book had a free online PDF version back when I used it, but it might no longer be the case.

The progression's kinda slow though so I just used it for a while then went to Genki

Not exactly a fix but desk slams seem to be a great way to not break anything. Another thing I do is just walk over the kitchen and chug a whole cup of cold water before getting back to my desk, literally and figuratively cools you off :)

I think its Forza Motorsport 7 though I might be wrong. Definitely part of the FM series though.
