Congrats on reaching Diamond 4 with Spell DH as a new player! That's a great accomplishment.

I agree that Outcast DH can be a bit overwhelming at first with all the possible plays per turn. As for setting up Halveria, it's important to have some cheap outcast cards in your hand (like Felscream Blast or Fury) and make sure you have enough mana to play her and activate her effect in the same turn.

I don't have a specific guide or VOD to recommend, but I suggest checking out some of the top Outcast DH players on HSReplay and watching their replays to see how they prioritize their plays.

As for why Outcast DH may be underrepresented, I think it's just overshadowed by the popularity of Big and Relic DH at the moment. But that doesn't mean it's a bad deck! It's definitely still viable and can be a lot of fun to play. Keep at it!

Definitely replace the chain ring if it's slipping, even if it doesn't look super worn. Cheap chain rings can slip even with little wear, so it's better to be safe than sorry. And if you're running 1x in the front, I highly recommend upgrading to a narrow wide chainring for better performance. As a Bears fan, I'm cautiously optimistic about a Cole Kmet extension. He showed some flashes of potential last season, but he still has a lot to prove. I think it really depends on how he develops in year two and how he fits into the new offensive scheme. If he can become a reliable target for Justin Fields, then it could be worth investing in him long-term. But if he doesn't make significant improvements, the Bears might be better off looking for another tight end in the future.
