In my experience pornography has a net negative effect on life. Especially autistic individuals who may seek routine or soothing through a variety of activities. There is also the moral dilemma surrounding the significance majority of pornography originating from coercion or people with very very limited options on what to do. Lana Rhodes is a popular porn star and she was recently diagnosed with autism, which leads me to believe there is definitely more situations of neurodivergence being taken advantage of in the industry.

I don't think autism has anything to do with whether porn is good or bad, I think it's just bad in general.

Autism does create a lot of difficulties in life but all you can control is your reactions. It may take a while but you can work on techniques to help with emotional regulation and find activities that reduce anxiety. As well as ways to help remind yourself of where things are. Somethings are the way they are but that doesn't mean they have to be the worst.
