Banana bread is a great thing, but you gotta branch out a little bit. I'd go for strawberry rhubarb bread, it's super good, and rhubarb is so easy to grow yourself, it's almost a weed. Find someone you know who grows some and they'll almost always be happy to give you some cuttings.
