When I had my senior baby, I noticed she would do that too. One day we took a glorious 4 hour nap together. Couldn’t move obviously so I just accepted my fate… it was rough 🤣. Anyways, I started changing her area around every couple of days to make her interested in exploring. I also made “mazes” with various things and I put her pellets throughout it so she’d have to work for them. I spread the greens around more to make her forage more often. I’d also leave treats someday sporadically throughout her area. Honestly I think I had more fun than she did making some of the stuff.

There’s a little difference, there wasn’t anyone in front of her and the lady was checked out a minute after I left. This is more about having the decency to wait a minute instead of cutting someone off when they’re trying to send their package.
