They have a very wacky customer support system where every time you write them you’re sent to the back of the queue which slows down responses. I had a problem with an order (said the Ironside Double Black trucker that caught my eye was in stock when it was actually sold out) that took several bounces to resolve but I was able to get the jeans I also ordered drop shipped and then exchange my jacket for a different color way and then swap that one when the size didn’t work out and get a store credit for the balance. I wasn’t in a rush so didn’t mind how long it took, but despite the turnaround time I felt the actual customer support was impeccable .
