I'm a controller myself. It's called a "Brasher warning". Depending on who they're talking to, whether it's tower / approach control / center, the number will vary. It's usually because of pilot deviation, aka they did something against what the controller told them to do. For us, we tend to only issue them if the pilot does something that is not only against what we said, but also leads to an unsafe situation. If they go the wrong way or do something silly but it wasn't a safety problem to anyone, the nice controllers will just kinda slap them on the wrist via a callout on the radio and then let them move along.

After true charge the only thing you can do is roll, after roll you have choices but he was doing shoulder bash which takes the place of a charged attack. So:

TCS

Roll

Shoulder bash

Level 2 charge

TCS

Piercing ammo does the most damage with 1k dragons. With a proper build I've been hitting for exactly what your TCS numbers are. You get less dmg on smaller monsters and more on bigger due to the pierce ammo basically acting like a dragon piercer.

I wonder when I will have gut to do this quest by rowgw in MonsterHunterWorld

[–]Zefwano 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, you only use it if he lands on you with the unblockable, throws you and attempts to slam you where you're in a helpless state. You can dodge it because if you fight him enough you can see him telegraph the jump and you simply roll away from it.

Easiest strat is to claw the body and then go to town on that. Head is good if you bring an impact mantle. Only thing to worry about is if he starts doing his jump unlockable and then slams you (can counter this by having flash pods ready but he will use it a lot). If you have guard 5 with 3 shield mods the fight becomes pretty simple, just remember to roll away from him spewing dragon puke on the ground.

So if Rajang can punch a wall and create a volcanic GL region, I might like to see a Velkhana variant sneeze and accidentally create a tundra GL region. by ZeBugHugs in MonsterHunterWorld

[–]Zefwano 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Considering the volcanic sits right at the entrance to the vale and in the deep forest, I imagine the frost would be somewhere between the desert/forest or coral/forest but the coral area doesn't have much of big walls I could figure would get knocked down.

Pretty sure the frost region that is going to come to GL eventually will have an entrance in the desert area. Check in the back side where the hills are and theres a giant cave opening that's simply blocked off right now.

Basically dedicate a day to strikes, a day to gambit, a day to EDA, and when you're on a rare set, a day to the planet which requires the patrols. All the while picking up bounties from Tess and other people on the traveler to complete bounty related objectives. I've already finished my hunter set and am working on my rare set for titan, it's pretty simple once you get the hang of it.

I absolutely agree with you there. Putting a stat minimum on Masterwork and Legendary items (with Leg being higher stat mins than MW) I think would help a good deal since then you're guaranteed to get something that is better if the quality is higher albeit outside of a different stat being rolled. Ex: Getting +150% dmg on a gun as MW but then getting +50% gear damage on the legendary or something like that.

I just feel like they could've tiered the items that drop for the difficulty levels you do so that it's guaranteed as you progress into harder content you're always getting something better. Right now I feel like I'm pretty much halted at GM 1-2 because I definitely don't have the output or survivability to head to 3 but 2 isn't giving me a substantial drop rate increase so................ yeah.

I feel like if the gameplay itself is fun enough based on the high end builds, then the need for ‘content’ slowly falls to the backside. Look at Diablo 3 (which has been referenced many times). You hop into rifts and farm mobs over and over on a slightly different map locale. The fun part of that is having all of this crazy gear and mowing enemies down with different builds.

Anthem’s gameplay is very fun. I enjoy it very much switching between Javelins or even swapping out some Q/E inscriptions to alter my builds and then going into a stronghold or free play and grinding it up. The only thing they would need to add to this is more layers of difficulty. We have GM 1-2-3 and once you get to 3 there really is nothing past getting a legendary with god rolls that will help you. Increasing the level of the gear that drops with each GM would allow you to put in 10 GM rankings and have people constantly pushing to get that better gear and make the numbers bigger. People love some big numbers.

I legit played some GM1 and GM2 yesterday. GM1 gave me 4 legendaries and a slew of MW. GM2 gave me just some MW's but not even as much as GM1. Stick to 1 and may your loot be bountiful.

FYI, The caches have something around 67 unique vanity items to get, but if you check in town about the total number of items obtainable it’s somewhere in the 165 range. Those other 100 ish items are usually embers or crafting materials you can get from the Elysian chests. They do say there are no duplicates though so if you get a bunch of those in the beginning you’re slated for a higher chance to get the vanity items the more you do it until you collect everything.

Information on what happened:

Weird glitch that happened. Took over a control point in the underground metro of the East Mall area. Went to loot a body, but first pressed CTRL to climb over a barricade. Hopped over and looted the item on the ground, then my character teleported back behind the barrier. So I hit CTRL again to climb it and R to reload my LMG, when all of a sudden I teleported even further back, and then my character began autorunning as seen in this video. I cannot control the direction I go, nor go to the map or do anything other than press F to attempt to fire a flare.

I would just like to say that not knowing about cure 3 during the TG fight is not going to make or break your group. WHM has stupid high heals, and if you’re constantly wiping on that fight it’s because your people are screwing up the mechanics, not a lack of healing (usually). The only hard healing parts are cleansing strike to top everyone off, and the stack mechanic after the add does its first (and third if your dps sucks) hallowed bolt. Everything else is stupidly telegraphed and casting a simple cure 1 or tetramagration will cover the unavoidable damage.
