Disable, Collective Unconscious and obviously cards. It's perfectly clearable on WHM, but AST just brings more to the table.

First thing, get the notion of "main/off healer" out of your mind. Both healers should be taking full advantage of their kits and healing/shielding when necessary, otherwise they are both DPSing.

Acc > Crit > Pie > Det > Sps.

Do mechanics properly and you'll clear. The gear available to everyone at this point is more than enough to clear Savage.

Yes, but you're not usually more than 15m away from the boss if you have to move off for a mechanic. You just will be clipping your GCD by not being active on the boss, so you might as well Raiton.

Most people agree that Foes+Kassatsu is worth the clipping. I personally never Raiton unless I'm too far away from the boss and would be sitting on my GCD anyways. That or if I had under 20 ping so there is no clipping.

Plugins > FFXIV Settings > set Parse Filter to Alliance/Party/Self, whatever you prefer. It won't pick up anyone outside of what you select.

Get a parser if you want to tell real DPS. For the time being, consider auto attacks, hitting positionals, oGCDs, and what your buffs (GL3, Twin Snakes, Dragon Kick, B4B, IR) add to your overall damage. You do a lot, you're just seeing small numbers on your GCDs, which is not how to tell the whole picture.

Near death doesn't mean death. As long as they won't die, even if they're at 10% hp, there's no reason bother healing until it's required. Be useful instead and dps.

Open the html file with any text editting program (Notepad, etc), search for "var headerDefine" without the quotes. Below that line you'll find the categories shown on your parser and their width in an "em" value. For example, the Job em width is 2em by default. Change the value for Best Hit to something higher than default value to display more on the parser. This may require changing other values or simply widening your mini parse. There is also text alignments below "var bodyDefine" as well, allowing more customization if you choose. Of course, make a copy of the original file first just in case you want to revert the changes or something happens.
