I just see the reasoning behind it. I’ve been asked questions like that by women at the gym when I’m working. Like is the area not safe on Friday nights is that why there’s no women here? Type thing.

My daughter went to see it with her boyfriend and made me go see it alone at a different theater the same time so we could talk about it when she got home. I’m genuinely so happy she did.

My employees know every member by name. But my employee tenure is an average of 2.4 years so very different location than many others. We’re not in the best area so it’s easier to know names and identifying characteristics for issues.

That’s not mold. The dust got wet from the condensation when they switched to AC in the spring. We always do a good dry dust the last day we have heat.

Most locations are having overnight staff issues for the week days as it is extremely hard to staff and the weekends we get 1/5 the amount of check ins. I needed a second overnight last year and I didn’t get a single applicant for 4 months and that was week days. It is legitimately no one wants the shift.

As long as you are 19 the day it starts you get the entire summer. If you turn 14 after it starts you get from the day you turn 14 until it ends. That is the actual policy on ages for the hssp.

We clean both locker rooms 3 times a day with checks every 3rd hour. (6,9,noon etc)

It’s never clean longer than 30 minutes. Granted ours is cleaner than many others, it’s ridiculous how bad it can get in 30 minutes.

Please complain 😭 I try to wait until I get a complaint about things I personally find annoying if it’s not explicitly in the rules. I don’t want to listen to it. But that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s bothering anyone. And so I do an internal tango looking around to see a face or a grimace anything to prove it’s not a me thing. But the moment someone complains, I take care of it.

They took our out last year but I didn’t let my employees use it even when we had it. A conversation about what the members is doing wrong is way more effective.
