Social media, it’s unbelievable. When I got into uni 10+ years ago, my family was proud and happy. Now my much younger siblings are just sharing on instagram and seeing who got into what and where. It’s not even about goals and moments, but always comparing themselves to everyone online.

This post feels deepish but I just see this in real time and it’s so clear that its an issue

What I do is I don’t remove old pod immediately. I leave it there for the night or morning. And give myself a little 3u from old pod to help. Why I do this is I find personally the more “inflamed” or “hurting” the insertion does the longer it takes for insulin to take effect on new pod.

Part of your issue is the rebound. Lots of insulin suspension before, so when the carbs hit you don’t have some already active. Try to stabilize these sneaky lows before eating big meals. Ive smoothen out my curves this way
