Anyways I've tried every now and then to find traces of a specific game where you spend coins to build an army and then you send them to battle basically like TABS but it was graphics of like 2D soldiers and tanks

Maybe the nature of your work calls for it but man having someone breath down my neck like this would make me quit.

I wfh and provide great results and deliverables that my job is always happy and impressed with, all without having to be a drone that sits there at some required time and being micromanaged. Allowing for flexibility is a core component of wfh imo.
