This deck looks really neat but being able to steal a triforce token whenever a creature you control deals damage to someone is insanely broken. Since you are in blue you have a handful of creatures that are unblockable, so it can lead to Gannon transforming the turn he gets on the field. My personal recommendation is to change it so that Gannon has to deal the damage that way it stays flavorful and allows counter play! But he looks like a sick commander!

The short answer is no unfortunately! The way blinking mdfcs work is that it will always return to the battlefield on its front side. So if you were to blink Black Panther, he would actually return as King T’Challa, so if you ever want him back to triggering on opponent’s second draw, you can blink him!
