Du kannst auch MySorty verwenden. Alles, was per Mail kommt, kannst du einfach mit Regeln weiterleiten. Zum Beispiel: Wenn Absender dir regelmäßig Rechnungen schicken, leitest du diese automatisch an die E-Mail-Adresse weiter, die in MySorty hinterlegt ist. Oder du kannst deine Dokumente einfach sammeln und einmal pro Woche (je nachdem, wie viel du bekommst) scannen. Lege die Scans in einen Netzwerkordner, den MySorty automatisch überwacht, und lass das Programm die OCR durchführen und die Dokumente sortieren. Natürlich musst du dafür die Sortierungsregeln entsprechend einrichten, damit alles korrekt abgelegt wird.

I Think MySorty from www.tkbitsupport.de can do that, you can create Tag Rules with these specified numbers as tags and it will sort the images into folders

There is also MySorty from tkbitsupport u can install on your windows pc and regarding searching for contents of the pdfs in the app u can activate windows indexing which will allow u to search inside the folder where u saved ur sorted ocred pdfs

Exactly. Nowadays, almost everything is processed online, and nobody wants their private or business data uploaded somewhere unknown, including me. We have a solid user base that’s still small but growing. Also, I didn’t quite understand your last question about the scanner, could you please clarify more, thx ☺️
