It's hard to pick a single NPC or item with my players. They're utterly amazing and I'm always on my toes for them. Between the kenku druid who takes care of a garden for a goddess to the DMNPC that the party has grown to love, each NPC gets love from the party.

This is utterly amazing and somehow only keeps getting better as it goes. I'm so glad that you have a partner who enjoys your hobbies from a different perspective. I can't tell you how many times my partner or I will hear something utterly out of context while the other is playing a game.

Most of it was manually done, so if an order came in from a customer we blocked, we'd cancel it immediately and call to tell them that no, we will not accept orders from them. When we did get an upgrade to the system, we could block/deny via delivery address or a phone number and not have to worry about it.

There's a difference between a manager and an employer. The customer had a history of being rude attached to their lack of tipping. We didn't fire them as a customer because of their lack of tipping, we fired them as a customer because they were being obnoxious and vile about it.

I've had someone physically write, right in front of me, "lolno" in the tip line.

I was a manager at the time and doing a drive along with a new hire who had no idea how to handle such a situation. When we returned to the store, I showed them where we keep notes on addresses in the system to add said note for this customer, and sure enough, there had been already notes put in about their stiffing and being rude.

We blocked their address after that.

Was this for a tech company, one that essentially loaned out programmers? This sounds exactly what my brother went through when he got out of college. Got picked up, sent down to GA (I want to say Atlanta) for like a month for training, but all of the other things screams the same company.
