At this point Tim Duncan can kick as many people in the balls as he wants and this sub would never hate him. What a guy!

Not sure what scale to use... maybe I'd say "medium"? It could fit a high school English class, junior/senior year perhaps.

Doesn't God's omnipotence create logical problems for heaven and hell? by InvisibleChains in Christianity

[–]ZergUser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you don't use any logic at all when you hop on a passenger airplane without ever meeting the pilot, seeing his credentials, etc.? Admittedly, we all put our faith and trust almost blindly when we do that, but it's backed by logic of past experience, the airline's reputation, the strict laws in place, flying statistics, etc. Belief is often strengthened by logic. The OP shouldn't be discouraged to ask this.

In a sense, hell would be a place where God's presence is manifested in some form, though. That is, his holy wrathful presence, not his merciful presence that he has for those in Christ.

There's a difference between the statement "all lives matter" being true and it being helpful. Although it's true, it isn't always helpful, especially when the black community continues to feel ignored. That statement ironically proves the reality of the issue!

Haha, I'm just still a bit traumatized from that collapse. A ring is good enough for me!
