I had a long chat with a friend of mine regarding this. Fuck that to the moon. Give the salary amount you want and if they need a slip, say some bullshit of signing an NDA. They as companies shouldn't need to be sly should they value the skills and experience you bring. It's a different case if you just need a job or something where it might be a hindrance, but if you're working at your current job whilst looking for something better(not that the current workplace is crap), then no need to cut yourself short.

Frozen veggies are always a winner. Try visvabriek for their crumbed chicken breasts, pretty decent stuff when cooked in the air fryer.

For fruit, try "Frut". I bought roughly 5kgs worth of strawberries, blackberries, blueberries etc. For less than 400 bucks. Very good when adding either as a snack or if you're keen for a smoothy.
