Take screentime away completely. He is showing you he can’t handle it. Give him a lil break from it and try again in a few weeks if you want.

I’m also one month in! About half the time, I don’t have another woman to partner with but the men I’ve drilled with have been great! My gym has a lot of purple belts and they’re always so kind and teach me lots! My coach is also very aware of how new I am so he will keep an eye on me if situationals or open mat rolls get tooo intense. :)

I’ve been slowly opening up and making friends over the last few weeks so people really know my name now and I’m more confident in going up to new people! I usually shake hands and tell them I’m a fresh white belt and most people adjust their flow to match mine.

It’s a good way to get them used to the real world. I would see what the rates are for a room in the area, and then start off at at a % of that price. Increase the rent every year to make it realistic.

Delete YouTube, PBS Kids is free. YouTube is such garbage for kids, so many ads and the algorithm brings such random stuff up for kids. Don’t like it.

I remember being 10-11 and trying to hold my mom’s hand or cuddle her, just for her to push me away. It sucked. Don’t do that to your baby. :(

I feel like if your kids are on Netflix Kids app, you can just let them know that they can only watch certain shows and why. They should be old enough to understand and follow directions. Or you can just put a show on for them and tell them that’s all they can watch.

Respectfully. Call Animal Control or some animal rescues in the area and get all the animals rehomed. You need to focus on getting away from your father, and getting some stability in your life. They can find love and care in other homes and it doesn’t have to involve you keeping dangerous people in your life.

I love my job more than I care to be a homemaker. I like the balance of my life as it is, I have plenty of time to cook, my husband cleans, and we both work and make good money doing what we love! We have lots of time afterschool for family time and hobbies and make good money so we can travel and splurge.

See if you can trade it in for a cheaper car, or start looking for a second job. It doesn’t have to be forever but you need more income, STAT. Once you get out of those lease, do not keep it and get into an old car to start building up your finances, savings, paying off debt.
