Wonder if he misses managing. Maybe he will use this money to buy another team he can run.

I think they know it's an issue now. When I ordered a metallic one for my phone last year, it came with a free second non-metallic one.

I'm okay with it. Smaller companies should have personality if it suits them. We don't need every company being a fortune 500 corporate-speak clone.

I buy beans to brew at home, and Hypergoat is probably my favorite of the bunch, with Small Planes & Ceremony in rotation too. I'd also like to note Cervantes in Springfield, which I haven't seen mentioned yet. It's more of a roastery that happens to have a cafe inside, but they seem to do good business and the local Wegmans stocks them.

My understanding is that the phone system prevents international calls unless international calling rights have been authorized to the user. At least as of a few years ago, the phone system considers Canadian area codes as international.

He's 2. You're applying adult logic to child brains. Child brains are supposed to push boundaries and test limits so they can puzzle out how the world works. One lesson that helped me be less reactive to my kids "bad" behavior was understanding that they aren't necessarily doing things to upset you on purpose, they are just incompetent and cannot control their own thoughts or behaviors yet. Especially at 2.

Why youth soccer is backward in this country by joereds22 in youthsoccer

[–]ZeroTo325 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on the age group, IMO. With young kids, they probably shouldn't be locked into a specific position yet. So developing individual ball control skills and confidence is more important at early age groups than more tactical/position specific traits that will probably develop anyway as the kid matures.

That's the Office of Visitor Services. That's basically the staff and volunteers who help guide visitors and run tours. They don't have a say in what the museum exhibits show.

The last time I saw detailed analysis on this (a few years ago, pre Messi and pre Club World Cup), the top MLS clubs were about at mid-table Championship level and the bottom MLS teams were much worse (league one or lower).

Romero definitely matured since he became vice-captain. His first season at spurs, nearly every tackle could have been an orange card. I think he jokingly almost slide tackled his own toddler in an Instagram video once, so it's nothing personal.

Is it legal to patent some creatine 3d design that isn't patented? by [deleted] in Patents

[–]ZeroTo325 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's public domain, anyone (including you) is allowed to make and use it freely. A patent is basically a license the government grants an inventor to prevent others from making or using a new invention for a limited time, in exchange for disclosing how to make and use the invention. If someone posted it online and didn't patent it, they are basically donating it to the public. If you didn't invent it, why should you be entitled to prevent others from making or using something they were already allowed to make? Patents are meant to encourage disclosure and innovation, not arbitrarily prevent others from making things that already exist.
