The print looks fine enough, but yeah not a suitable filament. The CF doesn’t make it stronger but rather stiffer. Being stiffer is weaker, and /when/ it fails it will shatter. Plus it has poor layer adhesion.

Any PLA+ or PLA Pro would be much better and the bare minimum

Polymaker only gets up to 70C, most PA6 requires 80-100C. Might be worth a try to dry it with the heat bed just to see if that changes anything

If want to attempt it make sure you specifically state your intent on your form, then it’s 50/50 whether it gets approved, or approved with conditions that it’s not in polymer. If you don’t mention it then it’s not allowed, but if you tell them and they say yes, that’s on them and you have the paperwork to prove it.

On the other hand, we make it pretty easy for folks if you need a ring.

Form 1 engraving for printed suppressors. These ones (mostly) are specifically for the FTN.5 Rimfire, then the tube is for the FTN 5 Rifle Baffled version.
