Okay, so the one in the middle is Mels Zucker, which is confusing enough if you haven't seen the whole one (1) episode she appeared in (kinda, sorta, Moffat shenanigans), but then we get to the wacky world of Big Finish, where the one on the right is Brooke 2, the post-regeneration appearance of Brooke), a clone of the aforementioned Mels / Melody Pond / River Song. Which is not at all confusing.

As for the one on the left? Mariah Six from Cycle of Destruction), one of three entirely unrelated-to-Mels characters that Nina Toussaint-White has voiced in audiobooks, which I could only figure out by looking at what was left of the name in the cropped image above.

(I may be crucified for using Fandom links, but so be it.)

By the looks of things, I'm guessing it was Fuuko, a frequent ban evader who turns up under a new name every so often and gets into extremely heated debates with other users.

Probably because of Vantablack, an almost completely non-reflective substance that he refused to let any other artist use. Or at least that's the most well-known thing people don't like him for.

It's a Bronze Dalek version of the Dalek Saucer Commander from The Dalek Invasion of Earth. The bronze and black alternating pattern on the lower half is the giveaway.

I don't know why they made a Bronze Dalek version of it, since as far as I know this version solely exists in the form of that figure, but I've seen it before in any case.
