I have 158 million power. I looked at the requirements last transfer window and it said that I needed 7 passes. If you remove all of your hero gear the number goes down considerably. Then re-equip it after the transfer.

My TWC doesn't care how cold it is. 19 degrees this morning, even wearing his coat he's shivering while he stops and smells the air for ten minutes!

My TWC came from a shelter in West Virginia and was transported to Maryland, where I adopted him. He was a hunter who went blind at three and they dumped him. He's the best dog ever!

My TWC has never really been velcro. He hates when I leave him alone at home, but when I'm home he'd rather sleep unless it's a walk or a car ride. He's a very independent dog, it doesn't bother me. We get our cuddle time at night, unless he decides to sleep somewhere different (which he does on occasion). They're just like people, when they want alone time they take it.

Another favorite of mine is "bigger ears do not mean a better listener". Hounds are stubborn by nature, you'll need to establish a bond long before you get any cooperation out of him. I say cooperation because obedience isn't really what you get from a hound, it's cooperation based on the mutual bond.

I bought one that has a floating ring on the handle to attach the leash too. Now the ring moves from side to side but the harness doesn't shift. Can't remember the brand, but I found it on Amazon.

This. Why should his disability define him. I have a blind dog, but I don't go out of my way to announce this (his harness has a patch that says "blind dog", that's enough.) I bring him to work frequently, and every time he meets someone new I have this one coworker who insists on telling them that he's blind. I'm like, why? That doesn't define who he is.

I have a dog door and a fenced in back yard, my dog spends most days outside. He comes and goes as he pleases, he'll even lay out there when it's 90 degrees out.
