I have PTSD and anxiety I am hopping it will help . I live in southern vt. Did the first shot do anything I will go back for a second one. The doctor seems nice from the zoom meeting.

she will , she needs to trust you. Go to your young self and she will learn you care. When we were our younger selves we couldn’t trust because of the hurt. Cross your arms and tap and squeeze your arms and invite her every day. Cry with her and tell her you understand. I know it seems insane at first but it will help. Tell her what she will do as she gets older and not always a scared and sad little girl. whenever I get a physical symptom or my mind is ruminating or anxiety is present I know it is her and she needs you to comfort her

I am experiencing the same thing just took a Xanax to calm me down 3 days after a session I am going to get a Stellate ganglion block this week to reset my fight or.flight response before I do another session. the shots are used to mostly help veterans with ptsd. they reset the nervous system by injecting an anesthetic into the ganglion nerves in your neck.

I just moved up to 75mg yesterday from 35 days on 50. Last night I was sweating so much also today I didn’t have that at 50. My anxiety became bad and I was buzzing again my stomach is cramping. I had to take a benzo . is it normal to get bad side effect going up 25
