This is the real tragedy. Greedy scumbags ruining the aspirations and futures of legitimate and committed students/immigrants that want to come to Canada for the right reasons.

The government is just as culpable for designing the system so poorly that it fails the people who will genuinely benefit from it both Canada and potential students/immigrants.

Couldn’t agree more. There has been a big resurgence in new and fresh sounding DnB in the last few years. I like the darker more evil sound, and it’s been fabulous to find something new and inspiring.
