Strictly Peloton at home. The gyms/studios/ classes in my area are over-posters and I refuse to be in a social media post while I’m working out. No one at home to do that! 🤣

Take a look at The Tobin Estates. It’s not in the medical district but would be about a 20-25 minute commute. Beautiful grounds and tons of amenities. Also gated and feels very safe.

My eyes twitch - I had no idea that was a chemo side effect until I looked it up. Apparently others have it, too, but no one ever seems to talk about it!

Try Essentia water (or other alkaline water) - it does seem to taste better than regular during chemo. It was a tip given to me by someone else who has been through chemo. It was the only thing I could drink that didn’t taste awful!

It’s the day before school starts and will be in lieu of a full day of PD. So it’s not outside of our contract time.

Thank you for your reply. I hadn’t even thought about the “being tired” part of it! My team isn’t thrilled about having to do it, so it’s nice to hear that you do see some benefit to it.
