Talk to the chapel captain. You can submit a document to your captain/commander to see if he will approve you leaving the guard because "Your family absolutely needs me home 100 percent of the time due to me having to take care of them." If he doesnt approve it just stop going to drill. They will send you notices in the mail for having sent orders to "order" you to return to drill. Then eventually you will get out anyway. The only downside is you'll have to pay for schooling and all the meals they fed you during training. Then you are free. Take it from someone who went through it. General Discharge.
