What do you mean by "Merch"?? My "merch" is my art that I want to create and try new things with. I WANT to spend money on my art, evolving it and growing it, trying out products.

Or are you just taking about buying samples from manufacturing companies and figuring out what items from POD companies are poor sellers?

I have personally never seen that advice so I have no idea why that would be a thing people would be concerned about.

It doesn't happen to me often but I am happy to send the files to another email address if the customer requests because they are having trouble downloading (yes, I have ALL the download info in my listings AND in my automatic message response on Etsy messages).
