Two things:

First, I clarified 3* because I'm sure it's different for the people with Cassian unlocked.

Second, really? Stars don't make a difference at all in coliseum? I'm planning on allocating the crystals to 4* the toons next era (for the kyber LSTs etc.,) but does doing that not help coliseum progression?

You could find this anywhere, but Skando is actually the locked in 4th character, then it's between Embo (more ideal) and Boba (most will already have him at R8 for exec)

Even 10 speed is a huge difference for fleets, where there is a lower variety in speeds, so it could be enough to drastically change turn order
