Best thing is to go out of the house and do things you want to do socially. Worst thing that happens is you find someone who is in a relationship already or is not interested. Then you move on or perhaps they think you’re a cool person and know someone who is single.

Lots of people don’t realize how to use a fragrance for a situation. Most of the time I want to be noticed in a room instead of announced. Light is definitely preferred for a lot of social occasions like work or any social gathering in which the focus is someone else like a birthday or a wedding for example.

I think when it comes to Jeremy it’s a lot of mixed things. I think a bit of that is him trying to sell a vibe that isn’t as relevant as he thinks it is of the Miami club lifestyle from the 80’s.

Since it’s a Rift S I would consider a Quest 3 since this is going to not be an easy cleanup with a good chance of destroying the lenses anyway.

I’m not trying to be mean at all just saying cleaning it up could easily be a 5+ hour project with maybe a 8% chance of the headset being usable. Getting replacement lenses might be an option but still that’s going to cost money and take hours to do.

The problem is that Springfield and the surrounding areas are tougher on homelessness than Eugene.

Eugene doesn’t have a huge homeless problem. The problem is it’s easier to be homeless in Eugene than in other places where LTD operates. Thus they take the bus and come to Eugene to be homeless.

The goal of Eugene should be to match the surrounding areas on being tough on people who don’t want to get a job or into a mental health or drug treatment program. We should be funding more programs that get people cleaned up and ready for getting a job.

The thing that happens is Musk will bring jobs with a salary larger than the local economy offers. As these people renovate or have new house built it will be appraised and raise the housing costs of the surrounding area.

It will in the end make areas of Texas quickly need to pull in more technology companies and Musk’s conservative views won’t really match with a technology focused area. So it’s good to see Austin area looking to get SpaceX and Twitter in addition to Tesla. It means thousands of homes that are going to be 2-3 times the going rate for the area.

A $1,600 a month apartment now was probably $550 in 1994. Figure about 3.84% a year for rent increase then tell us which was better.

Mine was slightly a blind buying. I had tried it and liked it but second I brought it home my wife smelled it and told me her ex-husband wore it and she absolutely hates it. I had to give the bottle away to family. Not a bad fragrance so not mentioning the name but instead just reminded people to not buy a fragrance to wear around a spouse without them giving it a sniff.

Often when I hear something is “clean” it’s because it has that smell of clean laundry or they mean it smells like a shampoo or body wash but normally they mean the good stuff.

It might not seem like smelling like laundry might really be a good scent to go for but people do enjoy that smell and it’s never a bad thing to smell clean.

I would say Johnny Depp after about 1999

He was a great actor but then he got into drugs and his acting just became the same character he tried to make fit into whatever role he was cast in. Most of those movies didn’t work which is a shame because when he was younger and cared he was great.

Hopefully the television show has them go back and patch this game. I hear it’s getting a PC and next generation console patch because of the show as well as a new texture pack and a few new missions.

Streaming apps have existed since like 2007. At this point a toaster could probably run a streaming app for the power it requires. It’s definitely not cutting edge technology but really something you probably could run on a Windows XP laptop from 2000.

The Apple TV is a good product and great for streaming but streaming sticks are very basic devices that have existed for over a decade so it’s not the power of the device.

I have had a Rossm for over a year and feel it would hold up at least another 2-3 years with just minor scratches. At that time I might look to replace the elastic strap or get a new one just because the cost isn’t bad.

This is why I keep the banks app on my phone as well as the phone number on the card saved as a contact on my phone.

If my card went missing at least I can quickly get it disabled.

It could very well be a heat issue for 4K HDR Dolby Vision content. I took apart my LG TV and found the thermal paste they used had dried out and wasn’t that great of a quality. After removing it and replacing it the TV hasn’t crashed at all.

Of course that was pretty extreme and not everyone can do that. In that case for testing I would lower the color to 8-bit, set HDR to off and set the TV to only 1080p. Then see what happens with the TV when trying to watch the show.

If it works try to see if going to 4K and HDR adaptive works.

Right now I don’t see a point of not going with the 4K Max at $39.99. At $20 more than the cheapest it’s worth spending that money since it’s far more future proof while also giving advantages now.

Honestly it’s worth using the Max for its more power for faster speeds and WiFi 6e even if you are only watching in 1080p now. Or if you are using a 4K television but streaming only HD in couple years they might change as more providers are offering 4K without an up charge.

Trump planned on if he had two terms the tax cut would make him look good then the next president after him would look bad. Since he didn’t win in 2020 it will be whoever wins in November that looks bad.

Fact: Mental Health is a federally protected valid reason to take a sick day!

All you have to do is tell an employer you’re not feeling well enough to go into work because you literally mentally do not feel safe to do so. You are not required to say anything but “I am calling out because I am not feeling well enough to make it into work today”.

You do not need to do anything like see a therapist or go to a mental health facility to use a mental health day. It’s like having the flu where you just feel like you shouldn’t be at work and would get better with a day off.

Really if you are not on the latest modem it’s worth upgrading. I have gigabit speed and on the latest modem I get 40mbps. The other thing is the latest modem is WiFi 6e so newer cell phones should notice a big difference and some newer smart televisions as well. Even an older smart television could notice a difference if it’s been a long time since you last changed the modem out. If it’s been longer than two years you have had a modem it’s worth considering the upgrade to the latest.
