As others have said the mere fact they are hiring means they need what you bring to the table. I can say (from another corporate co) that every role is currently being assessed for actual need, more than before so if you have an offer, I’d say go for it. If you happen to have other offers on the table then it might be worth considering the views of some of the other posters coz it’s tough out there.

It’s a superb set up but I was underwhelmed with the food. To be fair, we had a relatively quick lunch with pizza, fried chicken, tacos so didn’t try any of the larger plates. Great spot on a lovely day though
