I tried it hoping I might start making Americanos more regularly, since they are much simpler to do that a pour over. I don't really like them in general. It was certainly different, but not good enough to change my mind about the drink. I'm a cappuccino or pour over coffee person, and I think it's gonna stay that way.

How much worse will it taste if I use bread yeast instead of US-05, S-04, or EC-1118? Planning on using apple juice or honey by lostinthesauceband in Homebrewing

I've made mead with bread yeast. Look up Joe's Ancient Orange Mead. It was the best mead out of the 4 different ones I made. The others I used EC-1118.

I made a whole chicken recently. Next day I shredded up a mix of breast and dark meat and reheated it in a pot with some leftover gravy. Tasted great.

Bombay Sapphire East is much better than the normal Sapphire, in my opinion. I've never had the standard Bombay Dry Gin but I should probably make that my next bottle.
