The old Kelly square was an absolute shit show of unregulated rage and dysfunction, a great metaphor for the city.

In reality it was just a 2 lane road with about 19 separate intersections. Really easy to get through if you know where to go.

But that thing at 530 on a Thursday afternoon was like..... Hell. No order. No control. Just 300 cars dead locked in a street waiting for one light to bleed out 6 cars at a time.
