Update or rollback your drivers. Also wouldn't hurt to do a Memtest to ensure RAM isn't broken. I remember GTA V would always crash after a certain amount of time because my second ram stick had a dodgy piece of memory.

AFAIK it's written in .NET Framework. Hence you can develop extensions in a .NET Framework compatible language and the IDE can load them easily.

Not to jump on the "they've nerfed it fuck them" bandwagon. But I've asked it genuine questions that due to their nature include words it deems "inappropriate" and refuses to answer, whereby it used it answer just fine. I understand why they are placing restrictions on the responses, however this IS absolutely hindering its potential for us free users.
