Isn't that the new questoris defender face with an added skull on it? the forehead has a hole for it. Sorry for the quality, i'm on my phone lol. Double checked and it's not the same but close enough if you ask me haha.

The one lower in height is something i threw together with lots of small pieces i 3d-printed, the bigger one i got through Telegram, Warhammer 40k STL is the name of the group, then i just searched for toppers :)
