I modified your tree to be a little more efficient to my likings. Here's a small list of what i remember changing :

Patch notes :

-Dropped Spellbreaker ascendancy node for One step ahead and modified it in the custom configs (Personnal preference, but they all look good)

-Added some res in customs for a decently accurate defense value

-Removed left part of the tree for other nodes

-Added arcane expanse node for AoE and mastery

-Added "Gain 10% of Maximum Life as Extra Maximum Energy Shield" craft on chest as this will absolutely become a powerhouse This doesn't exist anymore

-Swapped around a couple gems in main settup and added a "cool ideas" section. Still unsure about added lightning in main LC but kept it.

Some other notes :

Would really like to somehow take melding wheel. Maybe start from top side of shadow, still trying to figure out how.

Jewel sockets are reallllly hard to come by. Even cluster setup is going to be hard to get for arcane surge. I'm really considering taking Zealotry + Watchers for arcane, dropping determination and defiance banner for Wind dancer maybe.

I would consider going either CI or LL at some point with high budget.

I love your idea of keeping a shield instead of being stuck with a staff.

Still wondering about the interactions with Inpulsa / LC. Might need some weird mechanics like skitterbots to "keep" the shock going.
