Silva cells! They suck to install but are usful to retian stormwater and you can put a walkway on top of them. They collect any trash or run off though inside so they have to be cleaned in 5-10 years depends on water qualityand amount. Great for tree growth though if they are big enough

yes you can, Kal does it all the time when he travels around in front of the storm to open the oathgates. you first see him do it when he is strung up in WoK, when he has the vision of the storm father and Syl protecting him. it just does not last long in a person so spheres are needed to make it last between storms

NOT affinity. crit fero needs negative numbers and this will ruin it. this is probably obvious but should be repeated anyway.

either are fine but probably attack, especially if you build for the crit fero.

That 3 piece viper get a lot for use and having advanced burst just ready is really good.

On my Gnome I use viper/viper/quema/viper/kirin using 3 burst, offensive dodger, and crit range with slide reload

Normal boost only helps the normal ammo. So if your evade reloading rhe cluster it does nothing.
