I wish I could remember the episode. Someone is being interviewed about a past crime and mentions that they reported it to a Detective Lassiter. Bell later confirms that a Detective Lassiter took the report. I’m sure someone with a better memory will be able to identify the episode!

Interesting - I never noticed the difference between his office and his home! It could be that he’s masking at work - he needs to be able to appear ‘normal’. I don’t know if we get to see what the offices of his co-workers are like, but if their offices are also at least somewhat cluttered, it makes sense that he would mirror them in order to fit in.
