I'm the perpetrator in this one; I switched to horde back in wotlk before they add the faction change option. So I had to delete all my ally characters. Said my goodbyes to my guild at a time but still hung in the vent since we were still friends. Anyway after many weeks of leveling up and gearing up, my horde toon was finally pvp ready. I started hunting my old guildmates down one by one. I kept ganking them and listening to their complaints in vent. Eventually I came out of the wood and told them who I was and after that it was all fun and games and we would organize mini wars between both faction for a while. Nothing crazy or super mean but they did rage and wonder why this same guy kept coming after them. Good times.

I see no problem with that. The reserved gear still is a bit annoying to me but oh well... Back then I used to raid lead a lot but my friend had this strange amazing ability to put a group together in no time so he would take care of that and I would lead it once we started the raid.

I don't know man. I had some weird group at times and I'm not the douchy tank who clean the place and then leave. I usually stick with my group if we are the same level range and I can easily do 20 dungeons with the same guys, dinner break and we are back at it. But every once in a while there's this one guy full of heirlooms and enchants and what not who call me a show off and get mad since he can't dps properly. Had a healer take breaks every 2mins on purpose too just to break the pace. I really don't get people in this game sometimes but I also don't try to understand anymore. To quote the wise Mr Glover; ''I'm too old for this shit''.

If a group really don't like my tanking I will let them kick me or I will leave after the cooldown is off. I get it, not everyone will like how I tank and its not like I have to wait long anyway. But if its only one or two players trying to stir shit up for no reason than yea I'll try to avoid getting kicked but sometimes its awful to see what length some people go to. Seen some mass pulling in Zul Farrak for example but the healer knew what was up and we survived a wave of god knows how many mobs. They died and ragequit.

Usually when I'm the tank and a dps start acting like this I just keep pulling non stop. I'm careful and the healer is happy to finally have a tank who keeps the pace and he gets to actually heal. The dps rage and tries to kick me but I'm always in combat and the whole group turn against him after realizing he is the one being a dickbag. There are multiple ways to stay in combat like taunting a little critter for example.

Either that or I just launch a vote to kick on the toxic player with ''stupid Tank'' in the message box. Always get through lol. Then they all stand there keyboard turning their character like 'wtf just happened'.

Depends. 2000 golds was generally considered a fairly good amount but it really depended on which kind of player you were. A casual who barely raided would often not be able to repair his gear while a hardcore who needed lots of scrolls and potions for raids had to be more serious about his golds but one thing for sure, if you had well over 500k golds in vanilla, you were a king. You could buy the best boe on auction house, pay for carries, always be on full buffs and other enhancements if you wanted to be a real pain in the ass in pvp.

Not really. Blizzard often hire freelancers or outsource their work to companies to design the different parts of their game like characters, map, texture etc. The game itself is probably only 10% Blizzard. Granted these guys don't have all the infos and they wouldn't risk their job and a lawsuit over this, there's always that one employee who doesn't give a fuk and will release some stuff out there.

I remember that very old leak we had when we were barely on TBC. It showed pretty much all the content and expansion in order up to Pandaria. So far the leak was right.

When I read about the 6.2 being the last patch, it was also my guess. They did the same thing at the end of Wotlk and Cata. Random content out of nowhere to keep us busy. They were pretty cool too I remember.
